Raw Material Inspection -
Before mining, we conduct a thorough inspection of the raw garnet material to ensure it meets the required specifications for purity, hardness, and density. Only materials that meet these criteria are selected for processing.

In-Process Monitoring -
Throughout the beneficiation process, we continuously monitor the quality of the garnet at each stage. From screening and washing to magnetic separation and drying, our quality control team ensures that impurities are removed, and the garnet’s particle size and consistency are maintained. Advanced equipment such as vibrating screens, electrostatic roll separators, and rare earth magnetic separators are used to ensure that only high-quality garnet is processed
